Units arrived to find a vehicle on its side in the middle of the lane with the westbound lane blocked and one occupant.

A red minivan went off the roadway and onto its side in an embankment at mile marker 41.4 on Highway 254, with the horn sounding and unknown initial occupancy. Cal Fire, Engine 7116, and other units responded, checked for injuries, established command, and later cancelled additional responding units once on scene.
